2006

Director of photography for Sipping Jetstreams
Sipping Jetstreams wins best cinematography at the Xdance film festival 2006, 60% of the movie was shot by Alejandro, including 8x time world champ Kelly Slater watershots.

Finishes his 4th movie 7 destinos, an incredible surf/travel documentary shot in 7 different locations.
1500 People watch the premiers at local theatres in Uruguay.

2005

Degree at the Maine Media Workshops (Rockport College, USA) as camera assistant / operator for film and HD

Moves to Los Angeles where he works with his friend Todd Heater, one of the best gaffers/cinematographers in Hollywood.

Starts working with Taylor Steele, an award winning director/producer.
Travelling around the globe and filming with the best surfers of the world.

2003

Moves to Tahiti where he films the late legend Malik Joyeux surfing one of the biggest waves ever ridden at Teahupoo.

2002

Works with legend surf filmaker Jack McCoy on Blue Horizon ,filming in Hawaii, France, Spain and Portugal with world surfing champ Andi Irons and guru surf travel master Dave Rastovich.

2001

Produces his 3rd movie, El viaje, with amazing images of Hawaii, Australia and Indonesia.

2000

Moves to Hawaii, where he becomes one of the best water cinematographers, earning water skills at the famous and extremly dangerous wave Pipeline.

1999

Produces/films/edits the first latinamerican surf movie, Indodreams 2, 12 friends making a dream come true. Sailing a 65 ft yacht throug Indonesian most remote islands.

Nearly 700 people watch the premier of this movie on an open park at one of the most important latinamerican tourist destination, Punta del este.

1998

Starts travelling and filming around the world.
Produces and edits Indodreams, a unique surf/cultural documentary film in the remote islands of Sumatra and Bali.

1997

Produces Mundo Nautico, Uruguayan first ocean sports tv show

Attends Sonys first camera operator workshop in Uruguay.
